Thank you for shopping with Herbis. The terms below make up our Shipping Policy.

UK shipping

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or bank holidays. During busy periods dispatch may take a little longer; if there is a significant delay we will email you.

Delivery times and costs

Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout.

Standard delivery: 3–5 business days — Free
Tracked 24: 1–2 business days — [ücret]

Delivery estimates start from the day of dispatch, not the day you order. Delays can occasionally happen due to carrier issues or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number once your order leaves us. Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email info@tryherbis.com and we'll sort it out. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you — you don't need to chase the courier yourself. Please keep the packaging and the damaged items until the claim is resolved.

International shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Customs, duties and taxes

All UK orders are sold inclusive of VAT where applicable. No customs charges apply to domestic UK deliveries.
